Kickoff Lunch & Keynote

New this year, we’ll kick-off the HCSS User’s Group Meetings with a special lunch. During this time, you’ll meet the HCSS staff and get a sneak peek at the new features and products that will be released in 2008. Gene Duckro, one of our Executive Track instructors, will conclude the lunch with an inspirational keynote. |

Tailgate Party |

Join us at the Thursday evening Tailgate Party from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Come on down, have a couple of drinks, enjoy some appetizers and mix and mingle with HCSS employees and other attendees. |

Friday “Coaches' Corner”

You’ll have a unique opportunity to sit down with HCSS staff Friday evening to discuss strategies and any thoughts or questions you may have regarding HCSS products. These informal meetings with the HCSS “coaches” will be held in the lounge area of the hotel. We’ll have our laptops, or you can bring yours if you prefer. |

HCSS All-Star Experience

Once again the HCSS All-Star Experience kicks into action onSaturday night. Try your hand at football, boxing, basketball, golf, car-racing, and Dance Dance Revolution! We’ll also have Blackjack and Poker tables for you to enjoy.
This one-of-a-kind party is the finale to the HCSS User’s Group Meeting. Wear your favorite sports team jersey to show where your loyalties lie. Make sure to collect your winnings from the trading cards and the casino games to exchange for HCSS souvenir items from Earl’s Locker!. |

HCSS Trading Card Game

You asked for it...You've got it. The HCSS Trading Card Game is back!
Due to its overwhelming popularity, we’re bringing back the HCSS Trading Card Collection! This year it’s bigger and better with over 100 different cards to collect. You’ll receive “Starter Sets” when you arrive, and there will be plenty of chances to collect additional cards throughout the meetings. We encourage you to trade among your fellow attendees to complete each card list. It’s a great ice-breaker to get to know other attendees! It’s also a great way to learn about the HCSS Team.
The goal is to collect as many of the HCSS cards as you can, so you can win prizes on Saturday. And if you collect or trade for them ALL - you’ll get a special prize!!! |
| Spouse/Guest Program |
As an attendee of the HCSS User’s Group Meetings, you are welcome to bring your spouse/guest. We have designed a special program to keep them entertained throughout the weekend.

| Image Workshop |
| This workshop, “Wow...How to Go from Wilted to Wonderful,” will be led by Suzie Wilson, an inspiring and entertaining image coach. She has appeared both on national TV and in corporate boardrooms. Her practical and witty presentation will show women how to look great, and she will work with each individual to develop a personal style and color analysis. |
| Houston City Tour |
| Take a six-hour Houston City Tour with a professional tour-guide in a deluxe minibus. The tour includes lunch, tickets to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and assorted soft drinks and water for the duration of the tour. |
