What's New
There are many new events and classes planned for 2008. And as usual, there’s always the occasional surprise, so don’t miss out on this great event!
	Kickoff Lunch & Keynote
	This year we kick-off the HCSS User’s Group Meetings with a special lunch, introduction to the HCSS team, highlights of what’s coming out in 2008, and a keynote speaker. The keynote, “The Keys to Being an Extraordinary Leader,” will be given by Gene Duckro, President of Industrial Relations International, Inc. With his vast experience, Gene combines information, keen insight and humor into a fast paced presentation. He will provide you the major keys to energizing and maximizing your organization’s most important resource, your people.
	New Executive Speakers
	This year, there will be an additional set of classes for the Executive Track. They will cover topics ranging from Hiring and Retaining Employees all the way to Designing Effective Incentive Plans. For those of you who missed out on last year’s Executive track, don’t worry. The same classes are back by popular demand!
	New Classes
	Choose from more classes ranging from hands-on and feature-based, to discussions and case studies featuring HCSS customers.
	Honoree Breakfast
	If you have attended four or more User’s Group Meetings, you are invited to attend the Honoree breakfast on Friday morning and visit with the HCSS Management Team.
	Spouse/Guest Program
	The all-new Spouse/Guest Program will include an image consultant, a Houston city tour, a trip to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Tailgate Party, the HCSS All-Star Experience, and several meals. Click here for more information
