The 2009 HCSS User's Group Meetings will be the place to learn about HCSS products, network with peers and to meet with HCSS developers face to face. Attendance continues to increase each year. Over 900 customers attended in 2008, so we expect this year to be huge! The meetings fill up fast, so make plans now to attend in 2009.

Thought provoking classes, discussion groups and case studies.

The HCSS User's Group classes and discussion groups are excellent ways to acquire more tools to understand and use HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher to improve your productivity. Working with your peers who have similar industry backgrounds and HCSS experience provides an incredible opportunity to discuss different situations facing contractors every day.

Voting on new products and features.

The Saturday User’s Group Meetings are crucial to the development of HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher. This is your chance to offer your feedback on the products and hear what others think. Voting on new features helps us map out future releases.

Test-driving new product features.

Get hands-on with our products’ new features. By taking a test-drive, you will provide us with valuable information about how you use and interact with our products. It’s a great chance for you to check out what’s new and provide your input to help shape the development of our products to meet your needs.

Networking with your peers and the HCSS staff.

Hear from others in your industry about the issues they face daily and how they have dealt with them, whether they succeeded or not.

And LOTS of fun!

Although training is our goal, we’re here to have fun, too.
